Amtrac – High Speed Ring
Los Angeles producer Amtrac returns with “High Speed Ring”, the second single from his upcoming Civilian World EP, due 29 May on Anjunadeep. The six-track EP follows his 2025 Generator EP on the same label, which drew support from WhoMadeWho, Hernan Cattaneo, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Eelke Kleijn, and Adriatique.
“High Speed Ring” pairs evolving synth textures with a driving bassline and a melodic lead. It’s built for the floor and doesn’t overcomplicate the brief. Amtrac has been at this since his debut LP Came Along in 2011, accumulating over 130 million streams and a catalogue of remixes for Bob Moses, Ellie Goulding, Two Door Cinema Club, and Kaskade along the way. The synth work is what keeps me listening past the first drop.
